'Your Last Diet': table of contents of my weight loss articles

I've lost 15 1/2 (fifteen and a half) pounds so far using 'Your Last Diet' by Kathleen DesMaisons. Here are the article links giving the details.

STEP ONE:

7.  ‘Your Last Diet’: Step 2 plus starting to exerciseIn addition to working on Step 2 of ‘My Last Diet’ by Kathleen DesMaisons, I’m beginning to exercise as well. I’ve lost 15 pounds.

  1. With all of the conflicting studies and fuzzy interpretation of information, it's no wonder that confusion reigns when it comes to the value and safety of low-carb diets. It seems like heated debates are raging everywhere!

    One of my friends would like to lose weight because he is about to get married in 2 months. some suggested him to use Garcinia Cambogia because of its HCA extraction. Please let me know is this product good for health.
